The challenge
A fast-growing B2B SaaS company was drowning in repetitive support tickets. Response times were climbing past 12 hours and the team couldn't scale without hiring aggressively.
What we built
Appcoder designed and shipped an agentic AI support copilot: a retrieval-augmented assistant trained on the company's help centre, product docs and past tickets. It understands intent, pulls cited answers, takes actions through the product's API (refunds, plan changes, resets), and hands off to a human — with full context — only when needed.
